1. Who we are

MindVec (智维) is a team based in Australia that builds websites, apps, plugins and custom software. In this page, “we”, “us” and “our” mean MindVec. You can reach us at mindvec@outlook.com.

2. What we collect

If you send us a message through the contact form on this website, we receive the details you type in:

• your name and email address;
• your company name, if you provide it;
• the services you tick and the message you write.

We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we do not run advertising trackers.

3. How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote or proposal, and, if you become a client, to deliver and support your project. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

4. Who else can see it

• Form and email services. Messages sent through the contact form are processed by Web3Forms, a form service that forwards them to us by email, and then pass through our email provider. These services may store data on servers outside Australia.
• Fonts. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers and your IP address is visible to them.
• Browser storage. We store your language choice in your browser so the site remembers it. We do not use cookies for tracking.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any resulting project, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, by emailing us. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

7. Website terms

• The content on this website is general information about our services and is not a binding offer. Prices shown are indicative and in Australian dollars. A quote only becomes binding when we both agree to it in writing.
• Client projects are governed by a written agreement, which prevails over this page if they differ.
• The design, text and code of this website belong to MindVec. Please do not copy them without permission.
• We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is always error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing here excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.

• 字体。本网站从 Google Fonts 加载字体，你的浏览器会连接 Google 的服务器，对方可以看到你的 IP 地址。
• 浏览器存储。我们会在你的浏览器里保存语言选择，方便下次访问。我们不使用 Cookie 做追踪。

5. 保留多久

咨询信息会保留到回复完毕以及相关项目管理结束，之后删除。你也可以要求我们提前删除。
